Two London Bridge were in search of a lighting supplier to provide office lighting for a refurbishment project. We were tasked in putting together a lighting proposal which provided Two London Bridge with an energy efficient solution and at the same me create an open, bright and positive office environment. Swann Lighting put forward a cost effective and sustainable proposal at a competitive price that met the clients needs which were as follows: 

🡆 Complete within less than 4 weeks in time for opening of the new offices. 

🡆 To match the existing SAS ceiling grid to ensure great aesthetics. 

We were able to achieve the above by utilising LED lighting equipment which when compared to standard fluorescent and discharge solutions, are proven to be more efficient in terms of reducing energy, CO2 production, maintenance and ultimately cost.  

The lighting levels were achieved and exceeded by 25% allowing a maintenance factor to depreciate over 60,000 hours. 

The Boards used are within 3 step macadam ellipses which means colour stability is kept to the maximum at 4000K within +/‐ 80K. The Colour rendering is also very high with a CRI>85 ensuring colours are rendered perfectly and maintaining a great working environment. 

To complete the efficient lighng which produces over 125lm/W, the Unified Glare rang is less than 19 in all aspects of the luminaire which reduces the eye strain of the associates working in the environment. 

The creative potential of LED lighting is transforming office environments everywhere, improving staff well being and increasing productivity. Innovative but discreet lighting design optically upgrades a workplace without dominating it, banishing glare and facilitating concentration.   

The new environment created at Two London Bridge is bright, open and spacious.

In conclusion Swann Lighting was able to surpass the original brief set by Two London Bridge and help them create an outstanding environment suitable for office working and make the lighting both aesthetically pleasing and economically beneficial.
