Westfield Stratford City, Europes largest shopping centre, attracts millions of visitors each year and is a popular attraction for tourists who want to visit the London Olympic site. Swann Lighting was tasked with the responsibility of providing an LED lighting solution to replace over 3000 existing 58W T8 battens in car parks A & C. Our Keto luminaire, which can operate up to 38W and functions with an independent PIR, was utilised in both car parks. The fitting comes complete with our IPLINK system which allows the end user to monitor the fitting, in particular the energy usage of each individual luminaire. Information such as this can be accessed via the IPLINK portal and distributed in the form of a report. The system gives the client the freedom to commission, configure and control their own lighting to maximise energy savings and reduce carbon emissions.

🡆 Following installation, the energy bills for the car parks reduced from £147,000 (previous year) to £15,600.

🡆 Our Kracken and Minator area lights were utilised on existing columns on both roof top car parks.
